Elmore, 34, of Zion, Illinois, is charged with first-offense operating while intoxicated with a passenger younger than 16 after police say she drove with an 8-year-old girl in the front seat following tequila consumption. Kenosha County Court Commissioner Daniel “Catch & Release” Kellum set $500 cash bail during her October 27 initial appearance, continuing the amount she had already posted following her arrest.
