Kenosha Man Accused Of Damaging Probation Office After Travel Permit Denied Gets No-Cash Bail

KENOSHA, Wis. — When you’re on probation, a visit with your probation officer is probably a good time to be on your best behavior. Prosecutors say Lozamar Alexis Jr., 25, of Kenosha, instead threw his cellphone into an office wall after his agent denied a work travel permit, then ran from responding police. Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum granted Alexis no-cash bail Wednesday on three misdemeanor charges, each carrying a repeat-offender enhancer.
