KENOSHA, Wis. — Cheri A. Sinkovec, 40, of Kenosha, is facing 11 new misdemeanor charges after prosecutors say she rammed her former boyfriend’s occupied vehicle, then weeks later poured gasoline around his car and threatened to light a match. Sinkovec was already on bail in two pending domestic-related cases, including one in which Kenosha County Court Commissioner Daniel “Catch & Release” Kellum set $500 cash bail the same day as the alleged vehicle attack.
