Illinois Man Charged With Felony Stalking, Criminal Trespass After Allegedly Harassing Woman, Entering Her Kenosha Home Without Permission

KENOSHA, Wis. — Derek J. Daugherty, 40, of Ingleside, Illinois, has been charged in Kenosha County Circuit Court with felony stalking and misdemeanor criminal trespass to a dwelling after allegedly repeatedly harassing a Kenosha woman, showing up at her workplace, entering her home without permission, and contacting their children after she blocked his telephone number. Daugherty was charged Tuesday, November 3, 2026, and is scheduled to make his initial appearance before Kenosha County Court Commissioner Daniel “Catch & Release” Kellum on December 8. No bail has been set.
