A teacher who works for Kenosha School of Technology Enhanced Curriculum (KTEC) has been placed on administrative leave for alleged improper behavior with a young female student. According to a confidential source, a male teacher was using snapchat with a young girl, under 13 years old in an attempt to form a relationship.
KUSD spokesperson Tanya Ruder acknowledged only that “We have a KTEC employee on administrative leave. I cannot share any further details as this is a personnel matter.”

KCE reached out to KTEC Principal Scott Hodges to ask him why there was a delay between him learning of the alleged conduct, and him notifying the district administration. We didn’t hear back.

“The KPD is currently investigating allegations of inappropriate communications involving a teacher and a student at the KTEC West campus,” said Lt. Hecker, Kenosha Police public information officer.

The teacher received an OWI last year and is scheduled to go to a jury trial next month. KCE will not be naming the teacher unless criminal charges are filed or he is disciplined by the school district.

I went to HS with Scott Hodges, and his wife, Airielle Blise-Hodges who is (or at least was) a teacher at KTEC. Knowing both of them, this is entirely unsurprising. Scott was a real D’bag.

Scott Hodges is an attention-seeking dbag. He’ll actually get on the stage during a STUDENT performance and do the worm to try to steal attention away from the kids back onto himself. He had staff make pictures of his face and hid them all over school like, “Oh what fun Hodges needs attention again.” It’s so cringy. He’s clearly a narcissist.

And going to Bradford and knowing This happens at schools is uncomfortable and makes me not feel safe going to school anymore. Kusd is the worse school district ever. We need to focus on supporting these victims even though we will never know their names. They were scared, embarrassed, didn’t understand what was happening, he took advantage of their trust that some of them worked so hard to gain with anybody. He blew that completely out of the water. If it was my daughter I would be lighting this town up! I would hold KUSD and that psycho Tamarra Coleman accountable. It is their responsibility to provide a safe environment for all students. They completely let them down and now these girls are going to have to live with PTSD from the trauma of the whole situation. During Covid, each school was able to send out MULTIPLE messages on close contacts your student may have had with someone COVID positive. Everyday I had messages.
Tell me why the school was capable of notifying us of cold symptoms but cannot notify parents about a child predator who was clearly grooming children. I do not care if charges will not be filed. As a parent, I have the right to know who my kids are around. WTF has our world come to?! Yes protect the victims but whoever this teacher is, it needs to be revealed so parents can talk to their kids. I hate KUSD!

There are victims here and y’all are worried about the principal. And if you don’t know Mr. Hodges personally or work/ go to school with him why are you making up opinions?
