Union, Special Interest Endorsements D.O.A. In Kenosha County: Opinion

Once upon a time in Kenosha County, the union and other special interest endorsements mattered. The UAW was once very powerful and had great influence. Not anymore. When I ran for Alderman in 2012, I got all of the local endorsements – the Police Union, the Fire Union, the AFL-CIO, etc. I won. In 2014, I got all of the same endorsements. I Lost. In my 2016 “rematch,” all of those endorsements went to my opponent.

  2. Can’t wait for the commenters who always pretend that the sex abuse scandal in the Catholic Church was the worst example of systemic child abuse in history to try and spin their way out of the fact that child sex abuse has always been worse in government schools. The Catholic scandal was 30 years ago. KUSD not only learned nothing from it, it’s employees are making the same fatal mistakes today: Zero transparency and shoveling the evil perverts into a fresh pool of unaware, hapless victims.

Everyone in KUSD administration must be fired over this sex abuse scandal. We’re up to 9 offenders now that we know about.

    1. A bad day of Homeschooling is better than a good day in Public School! Pull you kids out! Protect them.from.these.perverts and sick minded people!

  3. Who ever helped cover for this dirt bag should receive the same punishment. Congratulations Kenosha for reelecting same board members that help cover for sex abuse in our schools, better hope your children aren’t next or maybe that’s what you want???

      1. With the current radical liberals on the Wisconsin Supreme Court, there is no longer a “Constitution” in Wisconsin.

        1. Well, yes, there is a constitution in Wisconsin regardless of the composition of the Wisconsin Supreme Court. And here’s what it says about public schools: “The legislature shall provide by law for the establishment of district schools, which shall be as nearly uniform as practicable; and such schools shall be free and without charge for tuition to all children between the ages of 4 and 20 years; and no sectarian instruction shall be allowed therein; but the legislature by law may, for the purpose of religious instruction outside the district schools, authorize the release of students during regular school hours.”

  4. KUSD knowingly giving a suspected sex offender a free pass again.
Be sure to go in blazing, Kevin.
This page just keeps getting better and better.

    1. They may have. Or not. We don’t know why he “was resigned” from his job here — yet.

KUSD’s track record nonetheless isn’t stellar.

  5. Trial Lawyers Of Wisconsin most certainly should advirtise on KCE.
Maybe even a branch office strategically placed from KUSD headquarters and Kenosha County Courthouse.

Parent(s) of latest victims need to take note.

  6. Palymara passed Jeff Spencer on to KuSD and Steve Knecht brought him right over to sexually assault ITA students

Steve Knecht has hired 3 people who abused student

  7. And this is the same administration that allows porn in the school libraries and shuts out the voices of concerned taxpayers.

      1. They are trying to capitalize on the gay community same as how they have tried to do with almost every other minority. Wake up people!

  8. This isn’t new for kusd. They passed Mr Tyler around schools until he was finally caught at McKinley Jr for the same type of stuff.

  9. KUSD. I am proud my kids are not in it. It is not that the alternatives are perfect.
But a Christian Education is MUCH better than the mess KUSD provides.

NEVER, EVER vote for a Dem, progressive, liberal or RINO. Or ANY career pol of ANY party! Including Schools!
Congressional term limits. Twelve years LIFETIME maximum. Think Brandon and fifty years of his accomplishments.
    No retirement benefits.
    Afterall, it is “Public Service.”
    Repeal the Seventeenth Amendment.
    Restore States rights.

  10. He got fired for the same thing at kusd he was caught messing around with one of the students and the momma came for his ass.

  11. I am curious to know if the parents at 21st Century school can hold the administration responsible for hiring a dirt bag, knowing his past disgusting actions??

  12. How about the parents of all victims sue the Teachers Union, because they are the ones behind the scenes protecting them by making deals with Unified.
