On Saturday, December 28th, 2024 at 2:15 PM, the Kenosha Police Department responded to Piggly Wiggly located at 2801-14th Place to investigate a report of a man masturbating inside the store.
A store employee observed the man acting suspiciously. Upon further investigation, the female employee discovered that the man was not stealing. Rather he had ejaculated onto the floor and left the store.
The detective was able to identify the suspect as Tyree S. Carter (32-years-old). Tyree is a resident of Racine, WI. Tyree was arrested on Monday, December 30th, 2024 by the Racine Police Department.
Tyree was arrested for one count of lewd and lascivious behavior – exposure, which is a misdemeanor offense.
He allegedly did a similar act about 12 years ago.
He is currently being held at the Racine County Jail.
