Racine Man Charged Again After New Disorderly Conduct Incident

KENOSHA, Wis. – Less than a week after being charged in connection with an alleged outburst at a Kenosha bar, a Racine man was back in court Monday to face new accusations of disorderly conduct — this time coupled with a misdemeanor bail jumping charge.

Forrest Weldon Schasker, 26, was arrested Saturday afternoon after an incident at the Tobacco Barn on 41st Street. According to a criminal complaint, the store’s owner told police Schasker entered the business, began yelling at a female employee, and then refused to leave when confronted.

The owner said that as Schasker finally walked out, he called him by name, raised both fists in a boxer’s stance, and appeared ready to fight. He allegedly banged on the store window from outside and made obscene gestures, including thrusting his hips toward the owner, while a customer inside asked if the owner was okay.

A female employee told police Schasker seemed intoxicated when he came to buy a cigar and swore at her after she asked if he was alright. Officers later found him inside a nearby Piggly Wiggly and took him into custody.

Court records show Schasker was already free on a $150 cash bond from an Aug. 2 incident at Mason’s Eatery & Pub, where he was accused of drinking a beer, vomiting on the bar, shouting threats, and refusing to pay. That bond included a condition prohibiting him from committing new crimes.

In the latest case, Schasker faces one count of disorderly conduct and one count of misdemeanor bail jumping. He is scheduled to return to court Sept. 19 for a pre-trial conference in both matters.
