KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man and woman are both in custody after prosecutors laid out what they described as years of abuse, neglect, and sexual exploitation of children. Authorities say the investigation is ongoing, but both defendants are expected to face multiple felony charges.

On Friday, Court Commissioner William Michel II ordered 30-year-old Dylan Gardinier held on a $250,000 cash bail following a temporary bond hearing. Gardinier is accused of physically abusing a child, leaving two young children unattended for long periods, and producing exploitative material. Prosecutors said the case began after a forensic interview was conducted on August 21 with an 8-year-old girl, who described abuse dating back to when she was 5.

The girl told interviewers that Gardinier forced her into degrading situations, struck her with a belt, and gave her dog food to eat. Prosecutors also allege that Gardinier left the girl and her 11-month-old brother alone for hours while he went to bars. Investigators later obtained an image that they say depicts unlawful sexual conduct involving Gardinier and the child.

Gardinier’s former girlfriend, 30-year-old Alyssa Schraeder, was interviewed during the investigation and identified him in the image. Schraeder was taken into custody on a probation hold and is expected to be charged with serious crimes of her own. According to prosecutors, she is likely to face the following charges:

  • Child sexual exploitation – producing or performing
  • Possession of child pornography
  • Failure to act in a sexual assault of a child
  • Second-degree sexual assault of a child

Schraeder has an extensive felony record and, prosecutors said, failed to protect the children.

Gardinier, meanwhile, is facing the following referred charges:

The family of the victim was in court today and as DA Xaiver Solis read the details, which they heard for the first time today, they got angry and yelled and screamed. They were removed from the court room.

If convicted of the most serious charge, second-degree sexual assault of a child, Gardinier faces up to 40 years in prison and a $100,000 fine.

Michel also ordered Gardinier to have no contact with the child victim, Schraeder, or his infant son. Formal charges are expected to be filed against both Gardinier and Schraeder early next week.

  1. Don’t do drugs kids. I bet she hurt her daughter in the most unimaginable way to pay for her addiction. Scum.

    1. No, she is literally just a p.o.s.
This is not the only time, just the first time similar allegations against Alyssa were taken seriously.

      10
    1. Most certainly – and national polling overwhelminly supports it. But it is politically blocked and/or judicially entangled by massive legal procedural oregami to protect the massive cottage industry of government “social services” (i.e., control) employees to ensure their units operate at capacity – and ensure their pension benefit accrual continuance despite unacceptable civil risk. (Where do you think the worthless social science degreed Feminazi Democrat crazies and their beta grating castrate cut dogs wind up? Bingo!)

However, in the very rare Blue/Purple States that still have the Death Card and Row, it is today effectively worthless due to judicial appeals and other artificial “technicalities”.
In WI, if ever successfully legislated with gubernatorial Executive signoff (impossible) – because WI’s weak Judicial system, stuffed with Democrats and weak RINOs, will ensure that the death trigger won’t get pulled. It will continue to be up to jail and prison guards to arrange for “The Jeffrey Dahmer-Style Lead Pipe Massage Exit Procedure” to ensure true karmic justice is delivered.

Bear in mind, WI had a 12+ year and 8 year GOP governor and GOP legislature that failed to jam the Death Penalty through and immediately produce an execution to demonstate real mettle. Either of them would have immediately won mass public respect – case in point, even Democrat AR Gov Bill Clinton, prior to election as Pres, interrupted his 1992 campaign, to travel back to AR to sign the Death Warrant and preside over the execution of a retarded Black man who murdered an AR State Trooper…it gained him instant top respect among conservative Republicans. WI Republicans should follow the Clinton example – or the excellent AZ examples of conservative Republican Govs Jane Hull and Jan Brewer, who disposed of 12 Death Row inmates.

      1. Well dont you sound like a big bunch of retarded.
Youre praising the execution of a mentally ill person because he killed a cop? There is 99% certainty that any police reports around what happened are lies. Ya know just like Mr Nixon wasnt committing treason against his own country to ensure the Republicans stay in power.
Like yeah, Republicans have soo much to brag about.
How about you do some educated research and find out that in the 70s the political parties esentially swapped their principles.
        So what use to be
Democrat is now Republican & vice versa.
So essentially Republicans and mad at Democrats (& vice versa) for not liking the “original” priciples of their own namesake. The irony and stupidity in that BUT as Trump once said in the 90s “Republicans are stupid.”
The parties pulled a bait & switch & the common retard, like yourself, is none the wiser.
Keep on hating a political party and not the entire system itself.

Also, you bashing on social sciences. Really? EDUCATE YOURSELF PLEASE. Ohh you probably dont have to cause youre a middle aged white man.
Socially it was acceptable at one point for grown men (18-60+) to marry little girls (10-14); so what im hearing is you think that practice should still be in place and but also we should kill people like that. 🤔🤔 typical confusion from a red hat. Want to know how I know, porn… the red hat porn is wild. Y’all bash things publicly but ohhh so love it privately.
There’s actually studies that back up that theory I had, but those are social sciences so you wouldn’t understand. But know, I at least know & spreading the word to look at the red hat porn, to call them out of their hypocrisy. Warn your buddies.

  2. I hope she and him rot for what they did to that poor baby . As I sat in that court room today I just lost it I couldn’t stay calm.

    12
    1. We’ve all been waiting for it to catch up with her. It’s sad to think how many other children she has gotten to.

      1. Ya the little girls dad I’ve known him since he was born and I hope his ass divorced her and get that poor girl

        1. I hope when Cody does get out, this doesn’t make him spiral out of control . I hope that he gets his stuff together and gets that little girl and makes everything right

    1. Dylan is not the father of the little girl. The little girls father is actually been locked up for a few years. Her bio dad would never do no shit like that. Dylan is the father of Alyssa son. Don’t spread false information
