KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha therapist with a growing criminal record and a trail of disturbing behavior is facing two new criminal charges for targeting a court-protected individual through vulgar and harassing messages posted on Facebook.
Jacqueline Niccolai, 37, was charged in Kenosha County Circuit Court this week with two counts of violating a harassment injunction. If convicted on both, she faces up to 1½ years in jail and $20,000 in fines.
Repeated Online Harassment
On May 22, 2025, Judge David P. Wilk issued a four-year court order prohibiting Niccolai from contacting or harassing a named individual in any way—including indirect contact through social media posts.
Despite that, on July 13 and again on July 28, Niccolai publicly replied to posts made by the protected person on Facebook. In the first instance, she wrote comments including: “What drugs? Other than rumored drugs,” and “Cute LOL.”
Then on July 28, her language became more aggressive and profane:
“First of all, it’s an injunction, not a restraining order you fucking idiot… I am responding to … someone clearly retarded. … I am certain you’ll delete this comment because you’re a pussy ass bitch.”
According to police, the Facebook page she commented on is operated exclusively by the protected person, and Niccolai was fully aware of that. The language and content of her comments made it clear they were aimed directly at the individual named in the court order.
Violent and Unstable Behavior
In May 2024, she was arrested after officers found her heavily intoxicated with a loaded revolver tucked into the back of her dress. Ammunition was located nearby, and she was charged with carrying a firearm while intoxicated. The DA’s office declined to charge her with Felony Threat to Law Enforcement Officer, Disorderly Conduct, or Criminal Damage to Property despite her threats to “annihilate” officers and kicking a squad car window more than two dozen times while handcuffed.
On April 1, 2025, Niccolai attempted suicide by overdosing on pills and was placed under an emergency mental health hold. She was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit and determined to be a danger to herself and others.

On July 11, she was arrested again following a drunk driving crash in which she allegedly ran a stop sign and struck another vehicle. Witnesses claimed she attempted to flee the scene before officers arrived. While speaking with police, Niccolai admitted to consuming alcohol, Xanax, Vyvanse, and Hydroxyzine that day.
Legal Trouble Mounts
A local resident shared correspondence from the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services confirming that Niccolai’s therapist license is now under formal investigation. She is due in court on September 16th at 1:00 p.m.

If those “Battles” affect the public negatively, the become community battles. Lest we forget a “therapist” took drugs and drank alcohol that she knows don’t go together well. She then almost killed someone then left the scene. That made it more than her problem.
