$1,500? C’mon commissioner Michel you know better than this 🙁
You can’t blame Jerkman for this 🙁
Shame
In Kenosha the homeless have taken over many of the libraries. Simmons library (library park) they lay around on the steps and on the statues like walruses sunning themselves. They lay around because the library leaves the free WiFi on all night, and refuses to turn it off after hours. They lay on the floor and lay in the bathrooms and charge their phones to utilize the free WiFi.
For some reason they are allowed to do this. It is actually illegal to be in the city parks after 10 pm but nobody makes them leave library park nightly, they just let them stay lazy and comfortable and soak up the free WiFi and urinate and defecate on the lawn and in the bushes.
Try taking your kids to library and that’s what you see. It’s ridiculous.
Wow, how utterly disgusting! Mayor do your job and clean up that library!
