KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man appeared in court Monday afternoon on serious felony charges accusing him of possessing child pornography.
According to a criminal complaint filed in Kenosha County Circuit Court, 20-year-old Yandell A. Rogel-Siler is charged with two counts of possession of child pornography, each a Class D felony. Prosecutors allege Rogel-Siler was tied to a Reddit account flagged in a cybertip. Investigators executed a search warrant at his residence on October 3, seizing his electronics. Detectives reported that his phone contained collages of prepubescent girls, including images depicting nudity and sexual acts.
During questioning, Rogel-Siler admitted to running a Reddit account and acknowledged posting “fake folders” of celebrity material he tried to sell, but denied knowingly sharing child pornography. He also admitted that he sometimes encountered illicit material online but claimed he quickly scrolled past it.
Court Hearing
At his initial appearance Monday, District Attorney Xavier Solis asked Court Commissioner William Michel II to set bail at $200,000, citing the gravity of the charges. Michel disagreed and instead ordered $30,000 cash bail. About 14 people were present in the courtroom, though it was unclear whether they were there to support or oppose Rogel-Siler. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for October 14.
Potential Sentence
If convicted on both counts, Rogel-Siler faces a maximum of 50 years in prison and $200,000 in fines. Wisconsin law also mandates a minimum of three years of initial confinement on each count, meaning prison time is guaranteed if he is convicted.

Before you even said it, I knew it was William Michel who lowered the bail. He loves criminals!
FYI , those “14” people were there to support. Mr. Rogel is proven innocent until proven guilty 🤷♀️
It is not up to the defendant to prove innocence.
This is BS I know this man on the back of my hand
