KENOSHA, Wis. — A 21-year-old Michigan woman accused of trying to run over her ex-boyfriend and their 1-year-old child in Kenosha had her bail lowered today by Commissioner William Michel II from $5,000 to $3,500 cash—despite allegations that she used her vehicle as a weapon and narrowly missed hitting both victims.
