BRISTOL, Wis. — A 22-year-old Kenosha man, Francisco Javier Cervantes, was charged Monday in Kenosha County Circuit Court after deputies say he kicked a security guard in the face during a drunken altercation at a Bristol rodeo while armed with a handgun.
