PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. — A Milwaukee man with a documented pattern of large-scale retail theft across multiple states is wanted in Kenosha County on two separate $1,500 arrest warrants, both issued after investigators completed their cases and referred charges to prosecutors.
