PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. — A 65-year-old Ohio man accused of sending pornographic material and sexually charged messages to Pleasant Prairie children is now in Kenosha County custody — but is facing significantly reduced bail after Supplemental Court Commissioner Aileen Henry cut it in half Friday, despite Kenosha County District Attorney Xavier Solis personally requesting $100,000 due to what he argued was an obvious and serious flight risk.
