KENOSHA, Wis. — Jesenia Soto, 47, of Waukegan, Illinois, was in court today where she was formally charged with Felony Criminal Damage to Property after police say she aggressively vandalized a man’s Jeep Grand Cherokee in Kenosha — carving profanities into the vehicle, damaging multiple panels, bending parts, and allegedly stuffing debris into the fuel system. Liberal activist supplemental court commissioner Aileen Henry set her bail at just $500 cash, and Soto is scheduled to return to court for a preliminary hearing on January 16.

Being vindictive, violent, mean and stupid, should cost more than $500.
Classic migrant behavior. It’s genetic too. When you see migrants at woodmens in the parking lot, they often have keys in hand to nick up anybody car.
