SALEM LAKES, Wis. — A Salem woman convicted twice of driving while intoxicated with both of her children in the vehicle received sentences dominated by work release, even though her first OWI involved a 5-year-old and a newborn infant, and her second involved the same two children while she recorded a 0.216 blood-alcohol concentration, nearly three times the legal limit.
