PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. — A 31-year-old Pleasant Prairie woman was charged Monday with 10 felony counts of engaging in sexual contact with her dog after investigators say they uncovered dozens of explicit videos during a separate investigation into her boyfriend, who was arrested first.
