PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. — A Chicago woman accused of stealing thousands of dollars worth of clothing from stores at the Pleasant Prairie Premium Outlets was arrested Tuesday and ordered held on $5,000 cash bail during her initial appearance Wednesday before Court Commissioner William Michel II. Her co-defendant, Brianna M. Cotton, 28, of Chicago, remains wanted on a warrant in the same case.

She probably had to take the hair ties out, it was probably up in pigtails. Pippi been running with a rough crowd.

That sector of our society has all but given up. We’re not suppose to racially profile but really, what other choice do we have? 60years of government (tax payer) assistance has arguably made matters worse. You can’t buy someone morals, common sense, and an education. That has to happen in the home. It won’t happen in our lifetimes but it would be nice to see a positive cultural change.
Shouldn’t the bail amount be at least as much as the value of what she stole?
