KENOSHA, Wis. — A 61-year-old Kenosha man accused of possessing cocaine with intent to deliver and carrying narcotics near a local day care was charged Tuesday in Kenosha County Circuit Court and ordered held on a $10,000 cash bail by Court Commissioner William Michel II. Kevin R. Booker is due back in court on March 24, 2026, for a preliminary hearing.
