It doesn’t say he was charged with the homicide, says he was charged for felony possession of a firearm, a firearm that was found during a homicide investigation. He wasn’t caught with it in his possession his DNA was it. But just like anyone with half a brain knows DNA is transferable, it coulda got on there a million different ways. He can be charged but the charge isn’t gonna stick. The gun wasn’t found in his possession and his DNA wasn’t found on or around the body. His DNA could’ve been transferred by indirect contact, or he could’ve simply handled the gun at an earlier date. People show off their guns and let others hold them all the time
