It doesn’t say he was charged with the homicide, says he was charged for felony possession of a firearm, a firearm that was found during a homicide investigation. He wasn’t caught with it in his possession his DNA was it. But just like anyone with half a brain knows DNA is transferable, it coulda got on there a million different ways. I wouldn’t be surprised if the police put it on there themselves for evidence against him since they couldn’t get him on a homicide. Kenosha police are crooked af. They plant evidence, contaminate evidence, withhold evidence, lie, and falsified sh*t all the time! These kenosha police officers think they in a war with law abiding citizens of kenosha n have to act and lie and deceive and behave as we the enemy. As soon as they know your name, its a wrap
Quit crying conspiracy theorist. No one planted shit.
Ok, dindo….
If he didn’t do the killing, he can still be charged as ” party to a crime” for supplying the gun. That what happens when you think you’re a gangsta, but forget to wipe off the gun.
He can be charged but the charge isn’t gonna stick. The gun wasn’t found in his possession and his DNA wasn’t found on or around the body. His DNA could’ve been transferred by indirect contact, or he could’ve simply handled the gun at an earlier date. People show off their guns and let others hold them all the time
Anyone with common sense should know better than to be handling a random gun. Especially when you dont know anything about said gun and where it might turn up or be used next.
Yes , Travis Young is a saint , headed for great things in life ! Did Wild Bill Michel let him go yet ?
