KENOSHA, Wis. — What is the worst that can happen when a liberal, Evers-appointed judge releases a defendant accused of serious violent felonies on a no-cash bail before the case is over? Kenosha County may now have one answer. Hours after Judge David Hughes released Milwaukee man Deveon M.A. Jackson from jail Monday on a no-cash bail, prosecutors say Jackson committed new felony crimes, including burglary and two counts of felony bail jumping.

The liberal judge should receive the same sentence for aiding and abetting a criminal. Stiffer penalties = public safety.
