KENOSHA, Wis. — Marshall T. Hill, 40, of Kenosha appeared Friday before Liberal Activist Supplemental Court Commissioner Tracey "Low-Bail" Braun and was ordered held on a $25,000 cash bond after prosecutors alleged he repeatedly sold crack cocaine during a Kenosha Police Department narcotics investigation. The State, represented by District Attorney Xavier Solis, sought a $50,000 cash bond, while defense attorneys requested $2,500 cash. Braun ultimately split the difference and set bond at $25,000 cash with conditions prohibiting alcohol, controlled substances without a prescription, and drug paraphernalia possession.
