KENOSHA, Wis. — A 41-year-old Kenosha woman accused of choking one child and physically assaulting another was ordered held Friday on a $500 cash bond after prosecutors filed multiple charges, including felony strangulation and felony child abuse. Court records show District Attorney Xavier Solis appeared for the State and requested a cash bond, while the defense sought a $100 cash bond before Liberal Activist Supplemental Court Commissioner Tracey "Low Bail" Braun set bond at $500 with conditions.
