KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man who authorities say cut off a court-ordered GPS monitoring device while under Department of Corrections supervision was ordered held on a $7,500 cash bail Monday after prosecutors argued he intentionally removed the tracking bracelet and disappeared for more than two weeks.
