KENOSHA, Wis. — Jesse U. Kromm, 52, of Kenosha, is charged with felony battery to an elder person and misdemeanor disorderly conduct after police say he punched his 66-year-old mother in the mouth during a drunken argument inside their home. During an initial appearance Tuesday, Liberal Activist Supplemental Court Commissioner Michael "No Money" Masnica set a $750 cash bond and allowed contact with the alleged victim. Kromm posted the bond the same day and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on June 9.
