KENOSHA, Wis. — The Kenosha man accused of firing multiple rounds at police officers during a nearly eight-hour standoff last month has now been formally charged with five counts of attempted first-degree intentional homicide, and a judge has signed a $1.5 million cash arrest warrant for him.
