KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha County court commissioner on Wednesday set a $100,000 cash bail for a Racine man accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting a child under the age of 13, rejecting a lower amount sought by prosecutors after hearing directly from the victim's adoptive father.
