KENOSHA, Wis. — Christopher S. Robertson, 38, of Kenosha, has been charged after prosecutors say he crawled underneath an occupied bathroom stall at the Brat Stop while another man was using the toilet, while his sister, Laura M. Robertson, 52, also of Kenosha, was arrested and later charged after allegedly screaming profanities at police and resisting officers during the investigation.
