KENOSHA, Wis. — Dominique A. Davis, 37, of Zion, Illinois, is facing a felony robbery charge after police say he tried to rob a Kenosha Kwik Trip and then hid inside a nearby hotel room. Two women found inside the room were also arrested — Rachelle L. Kurth, 35, of Salem, who was charged with misdemeanor bail jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia, and Isabel M. Steele-Cartwright, 27, of Lake Villa, Illinois, who was arrested as a fugitive from justice on an Illinois warrant for possession of a stolen motor vehicle and burglary.
