KENOSHA, Wis. — Tremper High School Technology Education teacher Casey Cushman, 42, of Kenosha, was formally charged Monday after prosecutors say he crashed into a school bus with 11 students on board, fled the scene, and later admitted he left because he was "embarrassed" students would see him and make fun of him. The criminal charge comes after newly obtained records show Cushman was previously investigated when a female co-worker accused him of repeated sexually inappropriate conduct, including saying "anal" multiple times, asking if she was a "one hander or a two hander," and sliding a pen along her leg toward her groin. KUSD Human Resources official Kevin Neir dismissed the complaint, finding insufficient evidence to substantiate the allegations. The employee appealed that decision, but Superintendent Dr. Jeffrey Weiss upheld the finding and denied the appeal.

What in the heck is with these teachers in KUSD?!!!! Shame on the human resources employee that dismissed the complaint by not firing this teacher when the female teacher complained about inappropriate behavior! I hope this teacher gets fired as well as the human resources employee!
Seems like a rap sheet is a requisite to work for KUSD, or at least working on one. KUSD will help you cross the line.
