KENOSHA, Wis. — Jacob L. Davis, 18, of Trevor, appeared Monday before Court Commissioner Lisa Bouterse on misdemeanor charges alleging he repeatedly threatened to kill his ex-girlfriend through text messages, signed her up for pornography websites without her consent, and was later found in possession of THC vape cartridges. Bouterse found probable cause, entered a not guilty plea on Davis' behalf, and set a $500 cash bond with a condition that he have no contact with the victim. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for Aug. 7, with a final pre-trial set for Aug. 27 before Judge Heather Iverson.
