KENOSHA, Wis. — A 31-year-old Kenosha woman is accused of using a master key to unlock or attempt to unlock nearly 20 apartment doors while carrying a baseball bat before burglarizing a neighbor's apartment, stealing cash, and vandalizing property. Despite the allegations—and despite already being on probation in another criminal case—Liberal Activist Court Commissioner Lisa Bouterse ordered Breanna N. Litz held on just $250 cash bail during her initial appearance Thursday.

Thank you for doing the article I live here and haven’t been getting much information from management
Where was this ?! This is horrible
$250 seems low for someone that’s already on probation. Is it cause she’s white? How can she even have a master key to 20 apartments? Very sketchy.
Bear property Management Maplewood apartments 39th avenue and 40th
How did she get the master key
The amount of grown adults in Kenosha that are on probation blows my mind.
Does management just hand out master keys to residents
What a fucking weirdo & psycho
That includes the property managers.
