KENOSHA, Wis. — The Kenosha County District Attorney's Office on Thursday charged six people with intentionally failing to submit a biological specimen, alleging they failed to provide DNA samples required under Wisconsin law. Prosecutors also asked judges to issue arrest warrants for all six defendants. As of Thursday afternoon, arrest warrants had been issued for two defendants, several requests remained pending, and one request was denied.
