KENOSHA, Wis. — Kevantae Jordan Oliver, 35, of Racine, has been charged in Kenosha County with six felony counts alleging he carried out two rooftop burglaries targeting ATMs at Kenosha businesses. Oliver is currently being held in the Racine County Jail after authorities arrested him in Racine County during what prosecutors describe as another attempted rooftop burglary.
