KENOSHA, Wis. — Forty-five people convicted in Kenosha County have asked Gov. Tony Evers to reduce their prison sentences through executive commutation, according to records obtained by Kenosha County Eye. The applicants include inmates convicted of first-degree intentional murder, felony murder, reckless homicide, homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle, armed robbery, heroin trafficking, aggravated battery, bank robbery, and numerous other serious felonies.
