KENOSHA, Wis. — Travis J. Morrison Sr., 51, of Kenosha, was ordered held on a $10,000 cash bond Monday by Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum after prosecutors charged him with one felony and two misdemeanors stemming from an alleged domestic violence incident. Morrison is charged with third-degree sexual assault, a Class G felony; misdemeanor battery, a Class A misdemeanor; and disorderly conduct-domestic abuse, a Class B misdemeanor. If convicted on all counts, he faces up to 10 years and nine months in prison, $36,000 in fines, or both.
