KENOSHA, Wis. — Sean R. Carlson, 32, of Randall, is facing one felony and one misdemeanor after prosecutors allege he repeatedly threatened to kill his 73-year-old grandmother in a profanity-laced confrontation that was captured on a cellphone recording. Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum on Tuesday set $3,000 cash bail. Carlson is charged with felony intimidation of a victim with an elder-person penalty enhancer and domestic abuse modifier and misdemeanor disorderly conduct with an elder-person penalty enhancer and domestic abuse modifier. If convicted on all counts and the enhancers apply, he faces up to 16 years in prison and $26,000 in fines.
