Kenosha Man Sentenced In Four Criminal Cases Allegedly Threatens Wife From Courtroom Moments Later: “I Will Get Out Eventually, Just Remember That”

KENOSHA, Wis. — A 55-year-old Kenosha man was sentenced Monday morning in four separate criminal cases involving threats, child neglect, bail jumping and domestic abuse, receiving a combined 405 days in the Kenosha County Jail and two separate one-year terms of probation, with the jail sentences ordered consecutively. According to prosecutors, Mario Aceto Jr. then turned toward his wife while still inside the courtroom and allegedly threatened her almost immediately after learning his punishment.
