KENOSHA, Wis. — A 35-year-old Kenosha man accused of threatening his mother and allegedly telling her to do something to him so he could “slit her throat” was released Monday on a $500 no-cash bail by Court Commissioner Daniel “Catch & Release” Kellum. Caleb J. Blackley, 35, of Kenosha, is charged with two counts of disorderly conduct following an October 2, 2026, incident at a home on 24th Avenue.

Wish my mom was still alive; I swear I glimpse her every now and then in the stores, etc.. But no, …just an empty longing.
Mr. Caleb has no idea what time will do with all of us; probably pizzed at mom over something selfish and trivial.
Can’t tell him to grow up, he’s long past being a grown man. Sadly, he’s become just a fool.
Sounds like he needs to be institutionalized!
