KENOSHA, Wis. — A 22-year-old Kenosha man accused of fleeing police at nearly twice the speed limit through a residential neighborhood in an incident that ultimately left a Kenosha police officer injured received just $1,000 cash bail Monday from Court Commissioner Daniel “Catch & Release” Kellum — nearly five months after another court commissioner issued a $25,000 arrest warrant for him.
