KENOSHA, Wis. — A 37-year-old Kenosha man accused of driving drunk for the third time, crashing his motorcycle into a pickup truck, and being thrown from his bike was released Thursday on a $1,000 no-cash bail by liberal activist Supplemental Court Commissioner Tracey “Low-Bail” Braun. Michael T. Gilmore, who has two previous drunken driving convictions, faces up to one year of incarceration if convicted of his latest offense. Despite the seriousness of the allegations, Braun did not require Gilmore to post any money to secure his release.

If courts had sentenced Ajay more seriously, perhaps two young people would be alive and he would not be spending 30 years in jail. These hand slaps aren’t working. Clearly court restrictions mean nothing to him. He ignored the previous ones and will ignore these. Is the judge waiting for an Ajay-level disaster first?
Our court system is unbelievable! What a joke! None of us are safe driving in this city with so many drunk drivers on the roads!
