On August 24, 2020, during the Kenosha Riots, police and prosecutors say that Clyde McLemore of Zion, IL tried to severely injure a Kenosha Police Officer. According to the criminal complaint, Kenosha Mayor John Antaramian (D) was attempting to talk down a mob of angry rioters. He failed. One Officer, Kenosha Police Office Steven Winter is a member of the Civil Disturbance Response Team (CDRT) and was the last officer to enter the police department to get away from the violent mob. As Winters had his fingers in the door and was attempting to close it, Clyde McLemore very violently kicked the door closed. McLemore bragged on Facebook that he tried to break Winters’ fingers. There were many videos of the event available to police.

McLemore told KCE that he has more than 30 felony convictions. He was convicted of harming an officer in the past. He once dragged a police officer from a car in Lake County, IL. A Kenosha Judge is prohibiting the prosecutors from bringing this up at his trial.

On February 24, 2021, Kenosha County Court Commissioner Loren Keating gave McLemore a cash-free bail. McLemore signed the below bond:

A condition of McLemore’s bond is that he “shall not commit any crime.” On October 3, 2022, that is exactly what he did. McLemore was charged with a misdemeanor, Criminal Trespass to Land, when he caused a disturbance at a Waukegan, IL City Council meeting. He refused to leave when ordered by police. He was arrested. Below is the charging document:

After speaking to many attorneys licensed in Wisconsin and Illinois, Graveley and Wiedenfeld have clear authority to charge McLemore with Felony Bail-Jumping. Neither is doing so. It would come with a possible prison sentence of 6 years above and beyond what he might receive from the underlying case. Neither progressive prosecutor wants Clyde to risk that kind of prison time. The Walworth County DA is prosecuting this case because of Kenosha DA Mike Graveley’s close ties to the BLM movement. Both have the authority to charge him.

McLemore is expected in court in Lake County on November 1, 2022. The jury trial for the Wisconsin case is set for December 19, 2022.

  1. Well… Have you seen the clown show on court TV from Milwaukee? Thank God for live television, it gives us all a glimpse of how dysfunctional our system really is. It’s all politically driven, if you know the right people, you’re not held to any standard. Clyde sure is “steppin'” in this one!

  2. Thank You Kevin Mathewson for Correctly pointing out that Walworth County DA, Zeke Wiedenfeld, is a fake Conservative. It’s very apparent that surrounding county DAs play a dog & pony show when it comes to taking on cases from a neighboring county as there’s no accountability to their respective electors. If only Walworth County voters knew their TRUE Wiedenfeld!
Ultimate responsibility still rests with DA Graveley and the Citizens of Kenosha County. It has become beyond apparent that Kenosha County Citizens, in the interest of Law & Order, need to run Marxist DA Graveley out of office with barnyard tools and buckets of fresh manure being most fitting.

  3. I’ll tell you why, it’s reverse racism against whites to protect a Jewish agenda.

    Wiedenfeld – Jewish Surname
Gravely – Owned by Jews which is clear based on his track record and BLM communications.
BLM – Domestic terrorist group to sow divisions between blacks and whites. Jews sit back and watch it all burn down while protecting their funded arsonists in the court system.

If the deputy was black, Jewish or anything but white there would be charges. You white deputies need to pay attention as these Jew owned District attorneys are putting your lives in danger.

Call me whatever you want, I’m spot on.

    1. Nah not even close to spot on, you’re a moron bruh. These DAs are total douchebags but bringing a “Jewish Conspiracy” into the conversation is clown act material.

      You sir are an imbecile.

      1. Call me what you want. You are either one of them or not smart enough to recognize it.

Heck, Kanye is smarter than you.

      2. He IS spot on.
Once you start *NOTICING* the patterns and players, you’ll see it everywhere.
Throw your stones and spout your worthless perjoratives.
Their agenda is clear as day.
Q: Who is / was in charge of BLM fundraising?
        A: Susan Rosenberg.
From wiki: Susan Lisa Rosenberg (born October 5, 1955)[1] is an American activist, writer, advocate for social justice and prisoners’ rights. From the late 1970s into the mid-1980s, Rosenberg was active in the far-left revolutionary May 19th Communist Organization (“M19CO”) which, according to a contemporaneous FBI report, “openly advocate[d] the overthrow of the U.S. Government through armed struggle and the use of violence”.[2] M19CO provided support to an offshoot of the Black Liberation Army, including in armored truck robberies, and later engaged in bombings of government buildings, including the 1983 Capitol bombing.[3]

        1. Let’s Pretend everybody’s right. Now can we move on and find out why this piece of s*** isn’t going to be charged? What does it take to get Gravely removed from office?

    2. Kenosha law enforcement has been a joke for decades now. If you trust them at all after the Michael Bell case and the Rittenhouse incident you are clearly a sycophant.

Nice attempt at deflection blaming Jewish folks though lol. I got a chuckle out of that.

  4. I just don’t get it, why do these sworn officers of the court continue to side with law breakers? What do they gain from it? I’ll be that Clutch Cargo Gravely was sitting in his well appointed home watching the riots eating loads of popcorn and laughing at the Mayor trying to calm the mob. How do they sleep at night knowing that honest law abiding citizens are getting hurt? This will continue until we vote the scum out of office or someone in their family is injured by a law breaker.

  5. A DA with no guts. What’s new? Shame shame shame!
He should run with Mandela Barnes and allow a real prosecutor to do his job.
    Disgusted!

  6. If we get a new governor and a new attorney general who believe in enforcing the laws instead of being the lame jokes they currently are, would that help get rid of Gravely?

  7. This is because the local activist who incited Riots and look for a reason to sit at someone’s business to “close” it have inflicted fear into anyone who disagrees with them. Remember that billy violet who exposed her texts with gravely? Or the times she threatened business’s and held protests outside their business because they didn’t support their movement? That’s why. Remember when berg and cardinali did the same? That’s why

    1. Speaking of berg. You see his latest post? Asks people to stand on a street like he is gonna do something? How about berg stand in the streets he “represents” and stop the violence to n his own district. Man that clown is so vocal during election and quiet when he’s at fault. U suck Andy!

  8. The prosecutors owe an explanation. If they have a good reason or reasons, tell us. But the anti-semitic comments here are totally out of line.

  9. I see Kenosha News has a full blown first page article “Decrying All Racism” where Jew Rabbi Dena Feingold is in front of Grace Lutheran church speaking about racism. Funny how the rabbis speak at supposed Christian churches. Talk about a double standard! Awake yet?

Let me ask how many Christians pastors are at the Jewish synagogues speaking out against Jews using blacks against whites through activism/culture, how Jewish owned pornography companies and activist groups are dividing the country and how the central banking system is literally stealing the property and income of all Americans through taxation and inflation of people all over the country.

Who are the real racists and troublemakers ? Evil accuses others of what it is guilty of.
