On January 9, 2023 he was finally arrested on his two warrants, when Pleasant Prairie Police pulled him over for having an unreadable rear license plate. Gordon was arrested on the two warrants, and additionally, charged with operating a motor vehicle while revoked, failure to install an ignition interlock device and bail jumping. Gordon paid $800 bail and was released. He appeared in court on January 18, 2023 and was given a $800 bail by Kenosha County Circuit Court Commissioner Larry Keating.

Gordon then appeared in court on the three new misdemeanor charges on February 7, 2023 and was given a no-cash bond. Three days before this court date, on February 4, 2023, Gordon was again arrested – this time by Kenosha Police. Again, the rear plate of the car was unreadable and he was pulled over. He had two children in his car and again, no ignition interlock. According to the criminal complaint, Gordon hasn’t had a valid license in over 10 years. He was also driving without insurance. He was arrested for driving on a revoked license, failure to install an ignition interlock device, and three counts of bail jumping.
