Parade To Be Held In Honor Of Bradford High School’s State Title

After a tremendous season, the Bradford girls’ softball team won the WIAA Division I state championship title. The Kenosha Unified School District and the City of Kenosha invite the community to celebrate this momentous victory with a hometown parade on Wednesday, June 12, at 5 p.m.

“This incredible achievement is a testament to Bradford’s hard work and dedication,” said KUSD Superintendent Dr. Jeff Weiss. “Let’s come together to cheer on the Red Devils and show our support and appreciation for these outstanding athletes and their coaches.”

“This is a momentous occasion for Bradford High School and our community as a whole,” said Mayor David F. Bogdala. “This event will bring us together as we cheer on our champions and demonstrate the strength of our community spirit.”

The parade route will follow the typical homecoming parade route outlined below. This event will utilize a rolling closure format, meaning intersections will be closed and reopened as the parade passes. Individuals with questions about the parade route should call Bradford High School at 262-359-6200.

67-Year-Old Woman On Moped Seriously Injured After Collision with SUV

  1. Weiss should sit this one out. He does nothing to protect our kids but yet he wants to celebrate as if everything is a-ok. If he truly wants to bring this community closer, he should resign.

  2. Congratulations Ladies, ya did something you thought could never happen in the beginning. Your Coach was there for support, but the best support is working together as a Team. That’s what you all did.
