Graveley chose Jason Zapf (son of the disgraced former DA Robert Zapf) and Thomas Binger (Failed DA Candidate) to prosecute this case. They are both anti-gun extreme left activist prosecutors. This hearing was conducted by non-elected bureaucrat court commissioner Loren Keating. He is also an extreme left-wing activist. For example, he refuses to say “so help you God” while swearing in witnesses.
