Kyle Rittenhouse, who has been the victim of a political prosecution, was in court Monday morning. Below is the entire hearing. Even the most liberal of criminal defense attorneys in Kenosha know that there is no chance of conviction. DA Michael Graveley still persists. Graveley chose Jason Zapf (son of the disgraced former DA Robert Zapf) and Thomas Binger (Failed DA Candidate) to prosecute this case. They are both anti-gun extreme left activist prosecutors. This hearing was conducted by non-elected bureaucrat court commissioner Loren Keating. He is also an extreme left-wing activist. For example, he refuses to say “so help you God” while swearing in witnesses.
