Twin Lakes Man and Trevor Man Booked Into Kenosha County Jail For Murder and Burying A Corpse

CBS58 reported that the remains of 60-year-old Kenneth Thoma were found near a bike path in the Village of Twin Lakes, WI on November 6, 2021. He had been missing since October 19, 2021.

Yesterday, December 16, 2021 in the early morning hours, an 18-year-old Twin Lakes Man named Joey Miracle was booked into the Kenosha County Jail on suspicion of murder and burying a corpse.

Early this morning a 20-year-old Trevor man called Thomas Wilton was booked into custody for the same two crimes

At this time it is unknown if the death and these two arrests are related.

We reached out to the Twin Lakes Police Department and Captain Katie Hall refused to answer her phone or email us back. The Chief is on vacation and Hall is in charge of the department.

We spoke to a family member who did not recognize Miracle’s name and first heard of the two arrests from KCE. We spoke to other sources close to the Twin Lakes Police Department and told it is common for this department to lack transparency and professionalism. It is extremely improper that they did not notify the victim’s family if this is indeed the suspect. It is considered poor conduct for family members to learn of a break in the case from the media like what happened today.
