No Mistrial In Zachariah Anderson Murder Trial – Opening Statements Resume Thursday Morning

Defense attorneys and prosecutors met briefly today without the jury in the Zachariah Anderson murder trial. DA Graveley withdrew his motion for a mistrial and the parties have agreed on how to proceed next with “curative instructions” to be read to the jury. The trial will begin again tomorrow with Defense attorney Nicole Muller’s opening statements.
